本政策适用于 xin song 提供的 LipDecode（唇语解密）iPhone 应用，版本 1.0.0。This policy applies to LipDecode for iPhone, provided by xin song, version 1.0.0.

信息处理方式

摄像头画面、唇部区域与字幕推测均在本机处理。我们不收集或上传视频、字幕、人物标签、设备标识或使用分析数据。人物编号仅用于当前记录中的区分，不用于识别真实身份。Camera frames, mouth regions and caption estimates are processed on your iPhone. We do not collect or upload videos, captions, speaker labels, device identifiers or usage analytics. Speaker labels distinguish people within a session and do not identify their real-world identity.

系统权限

相机权限用于取景、唇部观察及用户手动开启的录像。仅在你选择保存录像到照片时申请添加照片权限。本应用不录制声音，不申请麦克风、定位、联系人或健康权限。Camera access supports the viewfinder, lip observation and recordings you start manually. Add-only Photos access is requested when you choose to save a recording to Photos. The app records no audio and requests no microphone, location, contacts or health permissions.

第三方服务与共享

应用没有账户、广告、跟踪或第三方分析服务。购买与下载由 Apple App Store 处理。仅在你主动复制、导出、分享到其他应用或发送支持邮件时，所选服务可能接收你提供的内容，并适用该服务的隐私规则。There are no accounts, ads, tracking or third-party analytics services in the app. Apple handles App Store purchases and downloads. Only when you choose to copy, export, share to another app or send a support email may the selected service receive the content you provide, under its own privacy practices.

数据保存与安全

实时处理画面保存在内存中；只有你主动录像或保存说话稿时才建立本地记录。记录保留至你在记录页删除或卸载应用；系统备份是否保存应用数据取决于你的 iPhone 备份设置。导出缓存会清理超过一天的临时导出文件。已保存到照片、文件或其他应用的副本由你在相应位置管理。Live processing frames are held in memory. Local records are created only when you record or save a transcript. Records remain until you delete them in History or uninstall the app; system backups depend on your iPhone backup settings. Temporary export files older than one day are cleaned up. Copies saved to Photos, Files or other apps are managed at those destinations.

儿童隐私

本应用面向一般使用者，不是儿童专用应用，也不要求提供年龄、姓名等个人资料。拍摄或分享他人前，请取得适当同意。The app is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children. It does not request age, names or other personal information. Obtain appropriate consent before recording or sharing footage of others.

你的权利与选择

你可以在记录页查看、编辑、复制、导出和删除已保存内容，并在 iOS 设置中撤回相机或照片权限。我们没有服务器端的录像或说话稿可供访问或删除。主动发送的支持邮件只用于处理你提出的问题；可联系支持邮箱提出相关请求。You can view, edit, copy, export and delete saved content in History, and revoke camera or Photos access in iOS Settings. We hold no server-side videos or transcripts to access or delete. Support emails you voluntarily send are used to handle your request; contact support about related requests.

隐私政策更新会在本页面公布并更新生效日期。Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
