What we collect

Never Arrives does not require an account. App settings, virtual balances, cart contents, and simulated order history stay on your device. If you choose to submit a product wish, the text of that wish is sent to our server so we can decide what to add to the catalog. Wish text is not linked to an account or other identity.

Purchases and virtual currency

Coin packs are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive your payment card details. The app verifies completed purchases with StoreKit and stores the resulting virtual Coin balance on your device.

How we use information

We use submitted wish text only to review product requests and plan catalog updates. We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal information, or link wish submissions to an identity.

Sharing and retention

Submitted wishes are stored on our service until they are reviewed or no longer needed for catalog planning. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service or when required by law.

Your choices

Submitting a wish is optional. You may use the rest of the app without sending wish text. You can ask us to remove a submitted wish by contacting support and providing the text and approximate submission time.
