Purchases and balance

Coins are virtual currency for the Never Arrives app. If an Apple In-App Purchase was completed but the balance did not update, open the app’s wallet and choose “Restore purchases”, then contact us with the transaction date and product ID.

Virtual delivery

Every product, order status, delivery route, and signature in the app is simulated. No physical product is shipped and no real-world delivery address is needed.
